Bookings:

Bookings are essentials for all treatments.

Payment:

We are in the process of offering to our clients Credit cards and Eftpos facility. In the meantime, payments can be done by cash or Bank transfer.

Refund policy:

All treatments once paid are non refundable, non transferable and non exchangeable. Our staff are trained professionals and any inappropriate behaviour will end the treatment immediately and incure the full charge of the treatment cost.

Confidentiality:

All services provided by Mobilewellbeing therapists are not substitute for medical care and any information provided is for educational purposes only. All information provided to us on our consultation forms is regarded as private and confidential. If there are any conditions that we deem to contraindicate any of our treatments, then no treatment will be undertaken and we reserve the right to refuse any or all treatment requests. For further information or clarification please discuss with our therapists.

We strictly adhere to the NSW Health Departements Clause 10, public health (skin penetration) Regulation 2000 & OH&S Act 2000 for the safety of our therapists and our clientele. If there is any condition that we deem to contraindicate these regulation and legislation, no treatment will be undertaken.
